The FAIS Ombud consists of four core Departments: the Office of the Ombud, Adjudication, Case Management, and Client Care. To support the core mandate, the office has the following departments: Human Resources, Finance, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Supply Chain Management, Information Communications and Technology, and Support Services.
The FAIS Ombud recognises the importance of its human capital and values each employee's contribution in delivering on its mandate in an economic, efficient, and effective way. As such, the Human Resources Department aims to build optimal capacity through the attraction, development, retention, and rewarding of employees.
